  7. 3.0 Schoolhouse Mall (5 reviews)
    - Well Schooled in Antiques
Spent < 1 hour Antique Shops
I was advised and correctly, start and the top; the third floor and work your way down. Though through its floors there were may dealers, I found little for what I seek, books. Did find three, two older hardcover young adult and a recent paperback novel. Not much in the way of older books. The largest dealer in books was mostly books of the non-vintage variety. Avoid this place to visit as a means of escaping the heat and humidity. As it had been a school it is not air-conditioned. I was exhausted from the heat by the time I reached the second floor. I barely made it on the first floor where I made my purchases. Then I sat in front of a fan and waited for my wife. I say average only because of my personal interest. It appears well maintained for those who are really into antiques. I also had issues with the stairs at my age with the heat. See more..
  8. 3.0 Pinky the Elephant (1 review)
    - It's a big pink elephant
    Points of Interest & Landmarks
What is there to say? This is a big pink elephant, maybe ten feet tall, that sits outside the casino. If you go to the casino in Marquette, IA to gamble, you'll see it. I would not call it a tourist attraction. See more..
