Things to do & places to visit in Green Bay, Wisconsin, United States
Green Bay, Wisconsin, is home to the Cheeseheads, fans of the Green Bay Packers, a NFL team so successful that Green Bay has nicknamed itself "Titletown, USA." There is more to Green Bay than just exciting football and delicious dairy products, however. There are beautifully manicured rows of flowers at the Green Bay Botanical Garden, and hiking paths and a natural history museum at the Cofrin Center for Biodiversity. - 5.0 Green Bay Packer Hall of Fame (953 reviews)
-If you're an old timer NFL fan, you can do a lot of fun reminiscing here.
Speciality Museums
Though I'm not a Packers fan per se, but more of a Bears and NFL fan, I really enjoyed my visit and would highly recommend it to any NFL fan. The Packers are undeniably a great and storied franchise and they deserve their own HOF. Come to think of it, a lot of pro sports teams don't have their own HOF, but it seems a good idea. As a 12 year old kid, I along with many American sports fans in 1967 watched the memorable Ice Bowl on TV. This game has since arguably been called the greatest football game ever played. The Ice Bowl exhibit was by far my favorite exhibit here and it brought back vivid and nostalgic memories. For that alone, the HOF was a very worthwhile visit. See more..

This was the first time my husband and I have been to this beautiful theater for a venue. Wednesday: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM Spent 2-3 hours Breweries
Badger State has quickly grown into a destination production brewery, Tap Room, Beer Garden, and historic Event Hall nestled in the Stadium District of Green Bay, WI near Lambeau Field. From these simple origins the mission became clear to us early on: “Brew beer that brings people together.” For centuries families, friends, and even strangers have gathered over the communal nature of beverages. We proudly carry that torch today and onward into the continued future growth and expansion of our beverage company here in Green Bay. The spaces host weekly events, new beers, hard seltzers, and hard ciders. Food trucks and other pop-up events are common in every season. The tap room includes light snacks and a great variety of non-alcoholic beverages. Also features a dog-friendly beer garden and very family-friendly atmosphere. For private events, The Barrel Haus at Badger State is an incredible historic venue capable of hosting weddings and other events. See more..
- 4.5 Titletown (73 reviews)
-Winter wonderland
Wednesday: 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM Spent 1-2 hours Parks
We visited in winter. You can skate and tube unlimited for $12/person (family pricing available). Bring your own skates or rent for $5. Very clean, with fires and outdoor warming areas. The tubing line takes about 30-45 minutes to get through when busy. I recommend sticking around to see the area at night as it’s really pretty. With free parking nearby, it’s easy to run out for snacks and drinks if you don’t want to purchase concessions. If parking is full in the Titletown lot, you can easily park at Lambeau and use the crosswalk. Be prepared for COVID restrictions including masking requirements, sanitizing breaks, limitations on how many people are skating, and credit cards only for paying. A great time! See more..

Children really like the big slide and the swimming area. The lifeguards are attentive and are excellent at keeping things orderly. There is a sand play area when the younger children become somewhat bored with swimming. There are outdoor showers to eliminate the sand before they return to the water. This is an excellent place for children and probably teenagers. See more..

- 4.0 Fonferek Glen County Park (26 reviews)
-A Gem in an Under Developed County Park
Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Spent < 1 hour Parks
This was an extremely busy place the day we visited. Had to wait for a parking spot. The county park butts up to private property and is completely under developed for the amount of visitors. No picnic tables and 1 overflowing Port a Potty was it. GROSS! A short walk reveals the hidden gem of a beautiful waterfall. Feel free to hike the top and bottom for different perspectives. There are plenty of trails and wonderful flowers and other geographical formations to enjoy. Brown county needs to step up and develop this a bit, at least add basic amenities. See more..
