This place is great! So many floating obstacles to entertain adults and kids alike! A couple of crazy fast water slides down the side of the hill into the lake, terrifyingly fun! Super safe as everyone is required to wear a life jacket. Nice beach and grassy area for sand play or a picnic. Bring your own life jackets or borrow one for free. My kids are having so much fun! And they even have free wifi! Bring a blanket or borrow some of their many chairs. So excited we found this place! See more..

The only thing they should add is more shading over the bleachers/stands. Otherwise the upkeep is phenomenal for this D3/Northwoods League Park of the Dock Spiders. A lot of food and drink choices to choose from. A lot of shade in the concourse and fans do well to turn out. Free parking as well! See more..

This is a fabulous old pub in the downtown of Fond du Lac. It's situated in an old stable, with low ceilings and has a very authentic pub feel (and I have been to many British pubs!). The owner is very friendly, the tap selection is fabulous, the seating is comfy and the prices are good. There is a pool table in back (although it's an old building, so you have to forgive the pool table being slightly off kilter)...we love this place!! See more..

This is a private car collector that opens his door to the public. He asks that you call ahead to be sure he is there. We called and left a message, which he promptly returned. Jim is an Oldsmobile guy, having several in his collection. My favorite is an all original Olds 98 convertible. It was his wife's car. Jim also had a rose /White 55 Crown Victoria. This was my wife's favorite. I was also enthralled with a Kaiser Traveler. It was beautiful. But the best is the stories that Jim shared. Jim was a salesman for many years...Olds, Cadilac, and a few others. I loved the story about selling a fleet of Olds to A race team for Mercury outboard motors. The only thing is they were racing Chryslers! Talk about confusion; a tem of Chryslers, with Murcury on the sides, and a team driving Olds to the track.. I could have listened to Jim all day. If you like old cars, this stop is a MUST!!! See more..

Separated in two sections this is a pretty long ride if you do it out and back both sections. I rode Fond Du Lac west to Rosendale first. Kind of a desolate ride through the Eldorado Marsh. Well maintained trail surface for the most part. There is parking on Rolling Meadows Road, but there is no water or facilities on the trail. The west section I rode from Berlin to Ripon and back. There are some slight hills in this section, but not steep hills just grades to ride. Parking is street parking in Berlin. There also is no facilities on this section so carry plenty of water. Spent the day with the family at the Aqua Park side of the Sports Complex. This has its own separate entrance to the North of the Sports Complex. Everyone (Patrons and staff) was Mellow and in a gay mood having good old family fun. This is a two year old facility so all of the inflatable objects were new and in good condition. Life vests were mandatory, and a very good idea, as it takes some gumption to get back on these rascals after you fall into the water. Price is a little high for the FDL market($18 for the inflatables and more if you want to use the boats,and paddle boards. All in all, I give it a recommendation. Very good workout if you are an old man over 50. Son was playing so hard , he dislocated himself in the nether region. He still had a righteous time. See more..
