   Saw Buddy Dye in May. Arrived about 45 minutes before the show. Parking was no problem. They wand you like at the airport before entering. Very friendly and helpful people working there. Think our lawn chairs would be more comfortable than their seats, so will select lawn seating next time. Recommended. See more..

   Terrible customer service. The rep was not friendly at all. Upon reaching the counter, his words were “drivers license, credit card” and he mumbled something else. I am an Atlanta resident and could not do the reservation. He actually asked me did I read the fine print? Wow!! Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience he basically made me feel worse. Now I can’t get my refund because AARP can’t get a live person on the phone to confirm I didn’t pick up the car. I am beyond disappointed in this company. I would NEVER recommend this rental place due to the horrible customer service. It’s been more than a week and AARP has not received a phone call or an email response from Routes to process my refund. See more..
