- 5.0 Skydive Carolina! (240 reviews)
-SDC: how skydiving can be safe and exhilarating at the same time!
Tuesday: Adrenaline & Extreme Tours
Having been a skydiver many years ago, in looking for a site to tandem dive with family, the goal was a professional, safety conscious, thorough, reasonably priced and yet friendly group—and we found that in SDC. Safety was their primary concern, yet they still were on time and very personable: they wanted us to have as much fun as they did—and they delivered. My tandem coach Adam was awesome: matching our descent (free and canopy) to my experience and requests. Videographer Dan was talented, incredible to watch at work, and did a wonderful job. Even Peanut, not doing tandems our day, was on the ground calming the worries of my dear wife the entire time—he eased her fears as much as our family’s safe landing did. I cannot recommend Skydive Carolina enough: if you EVER wondered about the thrill, excitement and fun of skydiving, please make a trip to Chester SC: for us it was well worth 4-5 hrs driving! - 5.0 Chester County Transportation Museum (5 reviews)
-This museum is awesome!
Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Speciality Museums
Very interesting tour and learned a lot. I have never been so close to old cars like the Model T, Model A etc. I have never even heard of a Model N and they had one there. They also have an old school bus and a lot of other historical transportation items. Our tour guide Hap was very knowledgable and a joy to talk to. I highly recommend seeing this "Hap"ening place lol See more..

My husband and I were staying at a BB in Chester and decided to check out the museums in the little town. I was pleasantly surprised by this museum. Like a lot of small towns, the courthouse has a commanding look. This one is quite stunning to see in person. Very historical- built in 1852. The design is a wonder-very good for pictures. In the front lawn stands an old authentic American civil war cannon. Benches are also located in the front. One can sit and marvel at the building and think of all the history. See more..

The course, which opened in 1971, was designed by Russell Breeden, and is known to many as a “hidden gem.” The large TifEagle Ultradwarf greens offer a smooth, firm and fast putting surface. The tree lined 419 Bermuda grass fairways further insure that golfers of all skill levels will have a challenging as well as a fun round of golf.
