Spent 2-3 hours Mountains
Stay at the hotel overnight in the area (very isolated and looks like it belongs in a 1970's film with Jack Nicholson) - and make the effort to hike the beautiful mountain - plenty to see - views are amazing - and you also have the Buddhist temple and the People's Friendship Exhibition Hall down the road. To be honest, all the long reviews from experienced travellers on here are pretty accurate so I won't repeat what's already been said. However the sheer scale of this place - the art works on offer (most of this stuff should be in a museum) and the beautiful views on display from the balcony make this an absolute must see. We stayed overnight so we could also hike Mt Myohuang which I recommend, and see the Polyhon Temple nearby See more..

Located right near the People's Friendship Exhibition Hall and Mt Myohyang, this is a lovely picturesque place to visit - a Buddhist temple with trees and nature all around. I really enjoyed it and can have a good look that takes around an hour. See more..
