It was beautiful and very peaceful! We went there mostly for snorkeling than for bird watching. The receptionnist wasn't very welcoming and didn't give us any explanations. Ok we asked to visit and snorkel by ourselves and without a guide, but still...we had to ask whether there was any restrictions or rules we might want to know. So this might be the only place where you can swim in Addu since we didn't find any information concerning beaches and what is accepted as swimwear. I had to ask the receptionnist who then told me that bikinis aren't allowed. Hopefully i had a snorkelling tshirt. To be honest with that kind of sun it's better to be wearing one but still it would be nice to know beforehand about it. What i still don't know is if shorts should be worn. We didn't encounter anyone so we didn't have any problems and i didn't think to ask the first time. See more..
