   My friends and I booked for a full day trip to Failaka with Ikarus. It’s been while since we went out because of Covid restrictions and so on. The trip was OK. Gulf war ruins were stunning, especially the old NBK building. The beach wasn’t interesting, and there were some restorations, which made us unable to relax, or even talk to each other. Still, the idea of getting away from the city to an island was much-needed in these desperate times. See more..
