   Kompleksi Memorial 'Zahir Pajaziti' is a monument in Orllan in Podujev, dedicated to Zahir Pajazit, one of founder of Kosovo Liberation Army. In this location are placed muse for Zahir Pajazit and his activity, statue of Zahir Pajaziti and grave of Zahir Pajazit. Everyone how want to learn for new history of Kosovo, should visit this place. Zahir Pajaziti (1 November 1962 – 31 January 1997) was an Albanian commander of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA). He was the first Commander of the KLA, known as "First Gun of Freedom". He was killed on 31 January 1997 in a gunfight with Yugoslav forces. After the breakup of Yugoslavia in 1992, Pajaziti remained in Kosovo while battles raged in Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. At the Tirana military academy in Albania he undertook military training and later with the ascension of Sali Berisha to power, his government arrested Pajaziti in 1995.Later at two secret camps in Tropojë and Kukës owned by the Albanian army close to the Albania-Kosovo border, Pajaziti along with Agim Ramadani and Sali Çekaj organised military training for Kosovan Albanians.[2] Pajaziti joined the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA)[2] in 1997. He and his group developed in the Llap region of Kosovo.[1] Pajaziti, Sali Çekaj and Adem Jashari were the leaders of the first Kosovo military groups, which were trained in Albania in 1991–1992. Pajaziti became the KLA commander for the Podujevo area and his deputy was Hakif Zejnullahu.He was part of the KLA main staff. Later that year, he was killed in a gunfight in Vushtrri with the Yugoslav army. In 2008, the president of Kosovo, Fatmir Sejdiu, declared Pajaziti a Hero of Kosovo. And if you want more?    One of the places you should visit when traveling to podujeva is „parku i paqes“ which means park of peace. All you have to do is grab a cup of coffee or tea, relax and enjoy the view. Besides of being a place to relax every person no matter how old they are is welcome to take advantage of the different activities which the park offers: children can play on the playground, people can meet and play a round of chess or visit the park for an outdoor workout as well as enjoying a little picnic.    Whenever you come to Podujeve. The first thing you should do is have coffee or tea and walk to Peace Park, which is located 500m from the city center. It is a park built by an organization based in Manchester after the time of war. In that park you have a fun corner for children, a corner for the elderly (those who play chess), a recreation center. A suitable place to relax the body, walk the dog (optional), run, walk. When you get to the top of the park, there is an old church guarded by the police. It is a beauty in itself. There are walking paths, bicycle paths and seats along the walking paths if you are tired.
