- 5.0 Artcafe (46 reviews)
-An Artful Lunch
Thursday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM Spent 2-3 hours Art Galleries
The ArtCafe is on Two Foot Bay Road about one mile out of Codrington village, and is a small cafe, craft shop and the home of artist and cook Claire Frank. Claire paints on silk and has crafts such as cards, soaps, sea salt and maps, and has extensive information about Barbuda and the Caribbean, collected over many years, that you can browse through over a freshly ground coffee, a home-made ice cold drink or cocktails. Lunch is a one-dish special served from 12-2 most days except Sunday, and we also have occasional happy hours on Friday evenings. Claire cooks only Barbudan produce with fresh ingredients mostly bought in the village from Barbudan fishers and farmers. If you would like a big lunch, or a private supper you must book in advance, so it's best if you call the ArtCafe first to see what she has and plan your menu, especially if you want to try something special. - 5.0 Princess Diana Beach (36 reviews)
-Long white beach and wild animals and fresh lobster
Spent More than 3 hours Beaches
Spectacular beach, long white soft sand blue seas. A lobster hut on the beach . The man on the beach catches them daily and cooks them to order I saw a boat drop anchor in the sea and four people get into a blow up boat and bring it to the beach to collect lobsters for dinner. They told me they met the man the year before and had called in with an order. There are a few Sun loungers for a little shade. No body else was on the beach for hours. It is next to a private beach occupied by the super rich, you can walk along that beach but not use facilities Some wild donkeys visited the beach when we were there followed by wild horses. They are lovely to see, they keep away from you. As we left we saw a deer and goats. See more..

Just to clear up some confusion, this is the true “PINK SAND” beach. Go with a local Solomon who owns his boat. He will teach you that the pink sand is up north on this beach near the frigate bird sanctuary. Small amounts in May, much more sand in oct-Jan. You can see my pics. A good amount of pink sand on this stretch. A must see beach. See more..
