A wonderful museum, well worth visiting it for the day
This museum of Denmark is a hidden treasure in Copenhagen in my opinion. the exhibits were well thought out and shown. One recommendation I would give would be that the museum needs to be advertised more, we had to search for it and the signs to the museum were not shown from the main street. One added plus was their cafe/restaurant onsite, we had a wonderful lunch before we started into the museum! We could have spent more time in the museum but we had to meet our group for dinner. We highly recommend this museum to learn more about Danish history!

Great way to learn about Denmark
We enjoyed visiting this large museum which allowed us to learn more about the history of Denmark. It would be easy to spend multiple days to see the entire building, but we focused on the areas that displayed the history of the area. We especially enjoyed the Viking exhibit and interactive multimedia show.
