Luggage Hold at Copenhagen Central

Writing this review as was worried about where to leave my luggage after check out. There are some third parties like LuggageHero. These are really expensive for long periods and utilise shops/businesses to hold luggage - some of these close at certain times and it’s really confusing. The Luggage hold at the train station is FANTASTIC. I read some reviews and was a bit nervous hence writing this one. There is loads of room, see photos and a really slick (manned) electronic system to store and get a receipt. It’s the best I’ve seen. Makes life easy and the trains are frequency to the airport and take about 12 minutes. Fab. If it’s a little walk from the centre you need to check out the meat packing district. Some amazing BBQ, Oyster/seafood and Pizza restaurants! Greta vibes and energy.

    Very good
Easy to navigate around this train station. The main trains (DB) operate from this main terminal. To access the metro (local trains) follow directions and access outside the main station. Note: Only the M2 train (Metro) goes from the airport. You must transfer at Kongens Nytorv and use the M3/M4 train to get to Kobenhavn, the main Central Station and you must purchase a 3 zone ticket costing 32 euros per person. Hint: You will only need a 2 zone ticket (24 euros) for traveling around the city but it is a timed ticket valid for only one and half hours (1 1/2). If you plan to make multiple tops, it is best to purchase a city pass small for 80 euros that is good for 24 hours from the time that you purchase it, and all tickets are good on all trains, buses and trams. Tickets may be purchased online or at ticket machines in each station.

Fantastic train station with helpful staff
Clean, efficient and organised station. Booked tickets to visit Malmo but there were major delays. We decided to get a refund which was quick and easy. Christian Anderson on the refund desk was very helpful and suggested that we bought a family ticket to save money. We had a great time in Copenhagen.
