Beautiful!!
Just take the yellow route and walk the 5km and enjoy the trees, sea and fields. You see it all and it’s easy to get around and very flat.

Userfriendly, beautiful and easy to access forest
Boserup Forest can be easily reached from center of Roskilde, by foot, by bike, by bus or by car. The forest is very varied with rolling hills and a beautiful coastline to Roskilde fjord. Along the coast are a couple of shelters where it is possible to stay overnight.

BOSERUP forest
This could be the closest you would get to the Sherwood forest. You will not meet Robin Hood, but the many walkways, the beautiful view to the Roskilde fjord/inland and the wild and varied forest means, that many locals go here.
