Great Service!
We booked USA transfers for our departure from our hotel to Cancun Airport. The price was very reasonable, the booking process was easy to manage and the app was easy to use. Juan our driver arrived promptly (prior to pick up time) and even stopped for us at a 7 Eleven to pick up candies and cash. Juan told us about all the great things to do for when we next visit Mexico. Would 100% recommend USA transfers - don't get ripped off at the airport on arrivals, booked a return trip.

Prompt. Personable. Precise.
I traveled to Cancun for my birthday the weekend of December 16, 2022. I searched for private transfers to avoid having to ride with a large group of people and to also avoid multiple stops on my journey to the hotel. In comparison, USA Transfers had stellar reviews and was priced right. Of course you will filter through and find some negative feedback but I feel you should experience the service for yourself and draw your own conclusion. I used this company 3 times during the duration of my vacation. Once from the airport to my first hotel, then to my second hotel and back to the airport. Booking was easy via their website. You have the option to prepay or pay upon arrival at your destination. When I arrived in Cancun that afternoon, I followed the instructions in my email and met the representative outside of the airport. The employee confirmed my trip itinerary and summoned my vehicle. I didn't wait long at all. My driver, I forget his name was very polite and kept conversation. He suggested areas to visit and we also discussed where we were from. We arrived safely at my hotel and he also helped me with my bags. The remainder of my guest arrived later that evening. The second transfer was from my current hotel which was in Costa Mujeres to the hotel zone. The driver arrived on time and once again helped me and my guests with our bags. This time we had a delay in our departure due to the hotels negligence. The driver waited but it cost us an additional $30 USD which was fine. The drive was about 45 minutes to the next destination. Once again, the driver shared personal stories with us, gave us some tips for the hotel zone and got us there safely. On our last day I reserved the service back to the airport. Thank goodness we left at 12pm on Dec 21st. There is construction going on near the airport that has been causing major traffic and significant delays. The driver was on time and got us there quickly. Other travelers who flew out on this day experienced hour long delays getting to the airport later that afternoon. Our flight was delayed two hours because the pilots were stuck in traffic! We even saw the traffic from the plane as we finally took off 2 hours late. All in all, the next time I visit Cancun I will use USA transfers again. The price was low compared to other companies I checked and I felt safe the entire time.
