I have been to there for many times. There is always beautiful when I go to every time. I often walk along the lake to see the view and buy 10NTD fish food to feed the Koi in the lake. Besides, you can rent the bicycle to bike around the lake. Moreover, there are a temple on the foothills. Walking to the temple is a good exercise, it approximately take 30 minutes. I once saw a eagle hovering in the sky at there. The temple overlook the lake, it is very beautiful. If you have a chance, you must go to the lake and temple.

A pleasant afternoon
Went to this lake to do some family activity. What greeted us at the entrance was literally hundreds of electrical bicycles (ie no paddling). Rental price for a 4 seater was abt 200NTD, which is definitely very afforable, and it comes in different designs, we took the duck but there are minnie mouse, minions as well. A round trip around the lake takes about 50 minutes, including stoppages to take photos. We went on a Saturday and it is definitely a place to bring the family. A tip would be to bring along with you some fish food or duck food as there are many fishes that will swim to you for fun. Also there is a boat ride within the lake itself which is chargeable, but i think the family will have more fun with the e-bikes

Nice ride around lake
Nothing much, but relaxing to cycle round the lake. F&B options mainly cafes. 1hr without meals more than enough.
