7 day... 3+4 day combined
It's pretty easy to review a holiday when everything goes well... but when you catch covid on the third last day of a 7-day cruise it's what they do there after that matters most. Particularly if the cruise is a surprise 50th birthday present for your wife. I suggest you look at the quality of the meals provided to our cabin and the fact that the staff chose to leave their stations and Serenade my wife at the cabin door with two courses of Happy Birthday. 10 out of 10 for the staff.... the boats a little old... but it has a lot of charm. Enjoy your holiday.

So much fun
The 4 night Yasawa cruise was so much fun and we really enjoyed ourselves. The crew and staff were all helpful, friendly and entertaining. The hospitality manager went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and happy. The beach stops were unreal and the snorkelling was beautiful. The food was yummy - you’ll never go hungry onboard with breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner provided. The rooms are a bit small as other reviews have mentioned - but you’re really only ever on the boat to eat and sleep as the days are full of activities - snorkelling, beach stops, village and school visits etc. Despite sailing with 2 cyclones around, we had a fantastic time and there were many days / hours of blue skies and sunshine. My advice would be you can’t control the weather so make the most of it. This is definitely a cruise for those who love the ocean, an exciting adventure, really good people/service. We will definitely be back!

7 day Lau Cruise
The Fijian crew are so friendly and caring. Unfortunately safety issues marred our cruise. Taking a short cut resulted on the ship hitting a reef and getting stuck for over an hour - luckily we were able to get free before dark but no communications during the incident. No one was in danger but it should not have happened A maritime review is taking place now... Other safety issues involved the tenders which operated in quite dangerous swells - with no one wearing a life jacket. Ship is dated and needs maintenance, but the safety issues really need to be addressed. We have done many cruises both in the South Pacific and elsewhere and we could not recommend this line after our experience.
