    Dug Up Gun Museum
The Cody Dug Up Gun Museum is a must-see if you're in the area. The curator/owner is very informative and has an easily apparent passion for his collection. There's no entrance fee and the museum appears to run solely off of donations. Very well done and easy to comprehend exhibits. Highly recommend!

Quality time spent at the Cody Dug Up Gun Museum
This museum is composed of over 1400 artifacts from the American Civil War and other early United States periods of time. The owner/operator took time to explain specific details about the collection. You will not be disappointed and you may wind up like I did spending many hours reading the explanations for all the artifacts. This collection shows that early iron metal technology was not safe as there are many exhibits of blown up firearms in various states that surely killed the user of the weapon. Did I mention this is FREE? Donations are appreciated but not required but I guarantee you will want to further the upkeep of these artifacts.
