Great local brewery
This brewery has done a fantastic job growing over the years to be one of the top breweries in the state and is under the radar. No need to fight crowds at the hyped up places. Great beer, very fresh, awesome variety, all in Wolcott. The place is also pet friendly for those of you with dogs.

High hopes, mediocre reality
My fiancé and I have been touring many breweries here in Connecticut. We bought a Groupon that included a tour for two, two pints, and two coozies. After our hour drive up there we received our two pints, no tour, and no coozies. We did get two plastic tasting glasses, the kind you throw away. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. The atmosphere was not enjoyable, the bar tenders seemed more interested in drinking out of the pumpkin cask than helping us. The other patrons were friendly at the bar, the conversation with them was the best part. The beer itself was good, but the atmosphere and underwhelming Groupon redemption will not be bringing us back here. I think they have a lot of potential if they can have more interaction with their patrons.
