Birthday FUN!!
We are only able to do this once or year, but we have been renting from Schafer's for several years and different owners through those years. We have always had a great experience with the staff and quality of pontoons we rent. This year was no different. I would however say the service and the staff this year were top notch. Very friendly, accommodating, and with a smile. From the moment they greeted us till the moment we left. THANK YOU. This is how we celebrate our teenage son's birthday with all his friends. Every year when it gets close to his birthday they start asking are going to get a pontoon and go fishing and swimming. It is really nice to see every year teenage boys having such a good time. I truly recommend Schafer's to anyone who wants to spend some time on the water - river

Memories made on the water
We have rented from them for a couple of years now. Never had a bad experience. They are incredibly easy to deal with and extremely helpful with getting you everything you need to have a successful wonderful day on the water. We have mostly rented their pontoon boats and they are always super clean, very nice late model setups that have been 100% reliable. The price is very reasonable as well. This has become one of our favorite things to do in the summer with relatives, friends, or just a day to ourselves! Thank you Schafer’s!

Fishing Trip
We rented a 30HP fishing boat because our main goal was to catch fish. The staff was helpful, but we were out for eight hours and didn't catch a single fish. I would recommend asking lots of questions and receiving directions if you are not an avid fisherman. Overall, staff was great, it was a nice boat, and we had a good (albeit frustrating) time.
