Santa Cruise, Wisconsin, United States

Santa Cruise
It was a nice family Christmas activity. Even though it was very windy out, the boat was relatively stable. The speaker system was fine- only complaint is the foggy windows on the inside. Something should be provided to wipe off the window. Everybody enjoyed the evening. It was easy enough to board the boat.

Sound system was terrible
Sound system on boat was terrible - very loud with lot of static. Naughty/Nice list - only read names (not comments) . . .didn't live up to my expectations. Not worth the price. Shuttle service (bus) to/from was prompt and no complaints. Lights OK, guess I just was expecting more from the reviews.

Save your money.
I have never written a review this negative but had to give it one star only because zero was not an option. The “festival of trees” for viewing prior to boarding was a complete joke. Go to the mall and see better displays. The “cruise” was misrepresented. Not only was the boat chilly but passengers had to clear the fogged up windows with their sleeves in order to see anything. The displays seen on the cruise were not even remotely noteworthy. I should have saved the $155 I spent on taking five people. It would have been cheaper and more spectacular to drive through a decorated neighborhood. A two year old may have enjoyed this trip. Very disappointing.
