Best birthday present ever!

My husband got us this lessons for my birthday and it was the best gift ever! We live in Virginia and traveled to Springfield just for the 3-day class. It was worth the trip. The first day we learned about spices, how to prep to making cooking easy and made a wonderful and very filling meal. The second day, we had homemade Chai, three types of chutney and different types of street food including samosas which are my husband’s favorite. The last day, we made garlic Naan, Mango Lassi’s, and Chicken Tiki Masala. Everything was amazing! Mala makes it easy and is such a great teacher. She made everything fun and gave us so much confidence. Watching her do it then doing it ourselves was so exciting and a great way to learn. I can’t wait to get home and start cooking!

A real taste of traditional, authentic ,Indian Cuisine with Mala
I enjoyed expanding my knowledge and learning the basic Indian food and spices culinary skills by participating in the Mughlai feast (Chicken Tikka Masala) and Classic Vegetarian Cuisine. Mala is a nutritionist and accomplished chef who guides the creation of authentic dishes and provides wonderful time saving tips. The demonstration kitchen is well equipped and provides comfortable seating for each participant. The class includes appetizers, entres, side dishes and beverages. Allow at least 3 hours to comfortably learn and indulge in this wonderful treat. A real treat for a lifetime of enjoyment.
