All classes are in a non-humid heated studio and are designed for all levels. We have specific classes for beginners and also for seniors, but anyone (regardless of age, fitness level, or yoga experience) can attend these classes. Private lessons are also available.

Great Yoga Studio!
I am so happy to have a quality, hot yoga studio in Wetumpka. I look forward to my time there each week and would recommend it to everyone. Vanessa is a great instructor and is very helpful and intuitive with the participants and their level of proficiency. There are a variety of classes so everyone can find something they like from the physically challenging to the relaxation classes. Try it, you will like it.

Excellent instruction!! Best workout I've ever had.The instructor had a wonderful flow to the workout and the heat was not as bad I expected it. I actually love it!!! Hope to attend many times.
