Fabs journey
Coaches in their motivated me to stay and lose weight the first day I went in I thought I wasn't going to be able to stay a full hour 45 minutes let alone I didn't even think I could make 2 minutes but the coaches there and specific Courtney and Paige r my loosing weight partners who make sure that I was okay and that I knew this process was going to not be easy but they were there to walk me through it and that's what someone needs in a Time when they're dealing with stress and they gain weight excessively

Cannot go wrong with iLKB Westford!
iLKB is a just a great place to go! The environment is great and makes me look forward to going to classes. The instructors are all upbeat and encouraging. The members all encourage each other to be our best. I am very happy my wife and i joined!
