    The best place in Gorkha!
Gorkha Nath Temple Gorkha is beautiful temple. It is not only Temple, Its historical King Place of the Royal Shaha Dinesty of Nepal more then 300 years!!! The King Prithithivi Narayan who unify Nepal was from this Place. Gorkha is origin of Nepal!!! Were you could see and analyses of cultural aspects. You cold see the beautiful Mansalu range views. The perfect hill top to see the sunset view with rusty sky!!! Perfect for day hike and if you are going form Kathmandu or Pokhara I highly recommend you stay over night to see around the small and beautiful village town.

A good break from the general tourism routes
We kinda landed in Ghorka by chance, and the fact that the city is perhaps very little populated by tourists was a great pause from the usual tour. The palace is interesting not because it has a lot of things to see, but for all the things around it and the locals coming there for their religious rituals and of course, the monkeys. The trip to the palace is a medium/long stairway on a high hill in a cool jungle like setting. That part was really nice. It's a bit strange when at the top you reach a helipad at the entrance of the palace and what looks like a small base for the military. Inside the palace itself we could only enter one building with a barred small bed room where locals where tossing coins and the nearby Hindu prayer place. The palace was full of locals which made it quite authentic. It's not the most amazing experience but it has a certain charm. If you don't mind the stairs it's probably one of the best things to see in Gorkha.
