Szczecin - Underground City Trails, Western Poland, Poland

4.5 (165 reviews) Spent Ranking #10 in Western Poland Speciality Museums

Exiting and educating place.

It is incredible what man has been able to create and build underground during history of time. These tunnels are well worth a visit, even ifølge you're not a history buff. You have a choise of guided tours or on your own with a booklet in your chosen language. The tunnels have had many uses troughout history and a very exiting and sometimes scary history. You Will not regret a visit to this place.

    Fantastic
Fantastic walk under Stettin. An English speaking guide led the way through the hidden safety rooms of the city. A place you can only see in a guided tour. Really interesting. Really made an impression and gave a good picture of what life was like for the civilians during the war and the Cold War.

    Excellent Tour!!
Definitely recommend this tour and also doing the add-on tour of the 'Cold War' shelters too. The guide was fantastic though his English was not good, in addition to the audio tape the guide managed to use a English speaking Polish tourist to translate which added to the quirkiness of the tour. We did not realise how much Szczecin featured in WWII but we are now certainly informed after this very interesting tour. The two tours took around two hours and the total cost for both was around £8 per person.
