Nice old glass-factory village under restoration. Museum and glass-artists huts with lots to see when interested. Village was quite quiet for a long time after the glass artifacs factory left and is now a school and artisan place for many. Nice area. Kannattaa tulla katsomaan muuntuvaa Nuutajärve lasikokonaisuutta.

Drive by
Saw a sign next to the road and decided to take a look. Charming little village, it was just really quiet. Only place open was Iittala Outlet, but it was nice to just walk around and look at the buildings and enjoy the atmosphere!

Invisible glass
Place looks deserted and burried in dust, as on my time of visit (mid august/summer) was all closed and few countless glass designs on premisses. Only cafeteria was open, witch has also acces to furnace! If you expect to find here Murano-Italy (like i was!), than you will be very disapointed...
