Beautiful dam to visit
This dam is about 26 minutes drive (dirt road) from Riversdale. If you have a boat you can bring it along as it is allowed (at a rate). There are lots of camping spots for tents and/or caravans with shared toilets/showers available. There are also a few chalets. An old school building is also available for bigger groups. Day visitors are allowed and there is braai facilities next to the waters' edge. It is a beautiful area.
