What a great week!!

When booking I was unsure about being on a boat for 5 days. Well it was amazing!!!! The boat and cabins were beautiful!! The crew was incredible!! The food was so delicious and varied!! And to top it off...the best coral and variety of fish I have seen in my life. Highly recommend spending time on Tiare in Raja Ampat

Fantastic Week Aboard the Tiare Cruise Livaboard
We charted the boat for a week in Feb of 2020 for a Livaboard Scuba Diving experience around Raj Ampat. The boat is terrific. Large, well maintained, first class living accommodations, amenities, linens, and continuous laundry service. When not in your room, the boat has comfortable space to spread out and relax. Whether in the open air or inside the air conditioned cabin you will find yourself in comfort. Are you are here to dive? This boat is perfectly to set up to dive. Organized equipment set up stations are located in the back of the boat. Once you are ready and set up to dive, the staff takes over making sure that you have all necessary equipment brought to and from the dive dingy which will take you to the dive sites. The staff handles all movement of equipment designed for diver ease. Best way to describe your diving experience on the boat is "Spoiled". Meals were great, the menu had a wide variety of foods that they customize as the cooks learn what you like best. Both western and local foods available. Our meals were mainly a mix of western foods with subtle extra "local" specialties to try. Believer me, you won't be hungry. Before, during, and after meals, the service was "western first class", ample amounts of beverages, including beer, wine, various alcohol selection, and ample snacks. Diman and Linda were the first ones up in the morning serving coffee, and the last to bed after pouring our final nightcap! Diving locations were great and again, the dive staff adapted to what we preferred and shifted sites and plans to accommodate our desires. They had a plan but flexed as they noted our style and preference. The diving staff included our Cruise Director "Tasia", a PADI Instructor, and "Antone" our Indonesian Dive-master. I hope you are lucky enough to have this team lead your trip. It was their job to take us to the best sights, lead the dives, find the 'cool' things to see, and keep us all safe. I've been all over the world diving and these two were the best "Pros" to ever lead any of our tripos. Alternative activities were suggested and included in our week, including a hike on an island to explore a small village, hike to a look out point on top of one island, and a sunset trip to a sandbar in the middle of the ocean.
