Marine park permits, all transport, lodging, food and snacks. Indonesian english speaking and international seakayking guides.and they really know the area and the lokals. I was also impressed about the equipment: Swediish brand kayaks and tents. Great customer experience, highly organized and supportive
I booked a trip with Millekul in March 2020, but eventually I could not do it due to the developing COVID situation. This review is based on the great experience that I had with Niklas from the moment I contacted him till I reached home. From the start, Niklas has provided absolutely comprehensive and detailed feedback to anything I was asking about, considering that I decided to book on the last minute, just before flying from Singapore to Sorong. Even from my first email Niklas has gone one step further and provided me from the start with complete information and his recommendations and tailor made proposals based on my specific situation. I felt like I was being provided support during any step I would've taken and I think this is important for the persons who need to feel in control. You definitely cannot go wrong with these guys! You are taken care of properly and promptly. I usually go with the flow and need less details, therefore his feedback overwhelmed me a bit, but in a good way, eventually. So, even from this point of view I think it is worth recommending them! Not to mention also, how prompt the full refund was made by Niklas, when we both realized I cannot do the trip, fact that gave me peace of mind during those times. I will be back in Raja Ampat for sure, because it's a fantastic place and surely, I will have one of the longer kayak trips with Millekul. I can only imagine how beautiful are the places where the kayak trips are done around Misool. Go for it!
