Wow
I love this place because the wildlife was amazing and here was some I saw : little grebe, great crested grebe, domestic goose, greylag goose, mute swan and mallard. If you go up to the palace you will get a great view of this loch. You can hire boats to go fishing too. I had a blast feeding the birds as well.

Beautiful walk
We really enjoyed walking around the loch, even though the weather was little blustery and wet. Would love to take our dog here for a walk, as many others were. The mostly flat walk was relatively easy and we took it easy to wander around in about 90 minutes. Beautiful views, even though the palace is currently covered in scaffolding.
