I recently returned to Urban Air since it was closed due to Covid. I was really impress with the staff there. They are really on top of cleaning and making sure everything is ok. You now have to make reservations online to come in which was perfect so there is not some many people. The kids get a color code bracelet to let you know when your time is up. I spoke to the Manager there name Steve Chusid and told him I was very happy with the outcome and Angelica was very nice as well. They really went beyond out of their way to make everyone safe and happy. Plus my kids loved it there.

BEWARE
BEWARE!! I have a monthly pass and will be cancelling it ASAP! This location is extremely dirty and all the staff stands around on their cell phones and has ear buds. They also stand around flirting and playing with each other with their pants hanging below there butt with boxers hanging out. We ordered drinks and a pretzel and the employees were working the register and then grabbing the food to serve the food with no gloves or hair nets. There was trash everywhere. I can’t believe this location is allowed to stay open.
