Great Trail!

Pretty good for a paved trail. Lots of people and bikes but that's because it's a nice trail to walk and ride. Parking can be a bit tricky but there are other trailhead points that offer a bigger parking lot. Get your steps in and walk this trail!

This is a nice multi use trail and I recommend
Soos Creek is a nice trail which goes through a moderately mixed wooded area and you will have walkers and joggers, birders, bicyclists, runners, and skaters as company. The end or beginning if you start from the south) is on 136th St in Kent and features a playground, nice day use area for picnicking, bbq area,a covered picnic shelter area, restrooms, and parking as well. The main area path is paved and is smooth and mostly shaded and covered over in areas. Other areas are open to the sky.

A walk in the wood in the middle of suburbia
This is a 7 mile long paved trail that has several trailheads. It's isolated enough to get away from the sounds and business of city/suburbia that you can actually hear the birds chirping and at places hear the creek burbling. The trail travels through wetlands, farmland and woods. You'll see walkers, joggers, bicyclists. I've never gone the full length but it's on my bucket list.
