Professional, personalized service at a great price
We hired SkyWater Boat tours to provide boat transportation in the Columbia River for two work related projects . We have nothing but positive thing to say about SkyWater Ventures and Larry Young, the boat Captain. The price was very reasonable, he was easy to work with, and understood exactly what we needed to do. Larry was very knowledgeable about the local area and the history as well as an excellent boat Captain. We completed our work faster than expected partly due to the professionalism and knowledge of SkyWater Boat Tours. I would not hesitate to hire them again and hopefully we can use their services in a tourist capacity as well.

SkyWater Boat Tours offers Year Around Ocean and River Tours from Ilwaco
Finally, an Ocean/River/Whale Watch Tour tailored to your personal wishes. This tour is an absolute joy. The 38' yacht is a tour only boat, NO fishing trips, which provides for a clean and well maintained craft. Captain Larry only takes up to six customers at a time, but does not require a minimum number. Everyone has a good view throughout the trip wherever you choose to explore. I personally discovered this tour the end of July and have been out three times so far. I look forward to seeing all that the Pacific and the Columbia River have to offer. Tickets can be purchased at the Sky Water Art Galley in Ilwaco. Although located in Washington visitors to the coast should know that it is about a 15-minute drive from Astoria, Oregon to Ilwaco, Washington. This is perfect for families, singles and seniors. Put some extra joy into you next trip to the coast by exploring the Pacific Ocean or the Columbia River aboard the MAIDEN HEAVEN. I

An amazing gallery and boat run by a kind couple
The SkyWater gallery and boat tour operation is run by an extremely kind, hardworking couple. We loved the gallery and the variety of local art available at very reasonable prices. We saw multiple pieces that we loved. But the highlight was definitely the boat tour. Larry is an excellent captain. He is very helpful and a walking encyclopedia of information about the area. My wife said that being on the boat was her favorite moment of the year :)
