A bit of a hidden gem
We've been going to Seahurst park for as long as we've lived in Washington (over 40 years). The kids really enjoyed it when they were little and it was a quick drive from home for an afternoon activity rather than a full day event driving to the coast. Now it's a great place to get a take-out lunch and enjoy the scenery

Great once you get there.
The beach is superlative and there are nice walks in both directions. Parking is hard to get and the walk from the upper parking lot is nice - but the walk back up is not. Great place to watch the sunset, beachcomb or meet friends.
