Great cooking classes on Date Night.
Attended a cooking class conducted by Lynne Vea our favorite. She is a "retired" executive chef a PCC employee and a local celebrity on our King5 TV station. Her classes are always entertaining, thorough and educational. The menu consisted of Caesar Salad with smoked duck, white truffle cheese fondue with warm Ciabatta, Beef Tenderloin Medallions and Cognac-flamed pears over Praline cheesecake. Includes the recipes and demonstration of cooking along with the eating...the best part

Best food market in the area. They are committed in every way to providing high quality food in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way. Don’t shop Kroger and the chain supermarkets - they are part of the problem - not the solution.

The Best Breakfast Around
We went for breakfast on our anniversary and it was fabulous. I had been many times before, but it was difficult to convince my husband because he wanted to go to a popular restaurant that has huge, giant plates of food, although tasty, it's neither heart healthy or good for the waistline or blood sugar. He was amazed at the cinnamon French toast, the delicious sausage, no nitrates or any other kind of junk, the choice of eggs, pancakes with pure organic maple syrup, potatoes, they've even had biscuits and gravy or blueberry blintzes that will knock your socks off. PCC does not use preservatives,MSG, artificial sweeteners or GMO'S,food dyes and all the othe stuff that goes along with that. You want a good healthy meal, cooked and prepared under very, very strict guidelines for cleanliness--go to PCC. Their pizzas are fantastic by the way, and there's no natamycin in their cheese. They have a full Deli, amazing soups, and now a full salad bar with all the fixin's. Amazing desserts as well. There's really no need to go anywhere else and if you don't have a membership consider getting one, it pays for itself within a few months.
