MOHAI is an informative delight
One of the best museums I've been to, MOHAI manages to convey an immense amount if information in a format that is both easy-to-digest and visually beautiful. Tickets include same day re-entry, so step outside to the shores of Lake Union to watch sea planes land & take off. Very easy to take public transport (bus) to the museum. Lots of interactive exhibits for kids, and a discovery zone specifically for kids. 5 stars, highly recommend.

Sightseeing
Great museum! Very in depth and comprehensive history of Seattle and it’s surrounding areas to include; both indigenous people and the settlers. We spent almost 3 hours in the museum to include the newer Maritime Exhibit on the top floor which included a view of Lake Union. Youth (14 and younger) enter for free and General Admission is $22 per ticket so the entry cost is definitely not prohibitive. Would definitely recommend this museum.
