Murhut Falls, Washington, United States

Gorgeous water falls after short slightly uphill hike!

An absolutely gorgeous waterfall that is an extremely short slightly uphill hike of about a tenth of a mile after leaving a gravel paved parking lot following an asphalt paved walking path. A must see and highly recommended

Awesome falls at the end of the trail
This was a great little hike, with an awesome reward at the end! Murhut Falls was awesome! The only problem I had with getting to the trailhead was the road leading up to it. Half the road was paved, but the last half was not and was badly damaged from what I can only imagine were spring rains. The road was littered with pot holes so bad, that all my calm from the hike dissipated with the stress of the drive back. It was still worth it. :)

Great little hike with a very nice waterfall on the end.
This is a very nice, leg stretching hike with a great two-tier waterfall at the end. Check out the Washington Trails Association site for directions and details. The waterfall has a bench at the viewing area. If you are adventurous, you can walk/climb down closer to the falls. There is a big tree crossing the little river created by the falls, cross at your own risk.
