Great place for a massage!
I have back problems, so have to get fairly regular massages. Sarah is my absolute favorite massage person! She's perfect for what I need! All the staff is friendly, helpful and fun! Cost? Which it was cheaper! Seems kind of high to me and they just raised their prices :( However, I'm sticking there for now because of the fabulous massages I receive!

Ripped off in the billing process
The actual massage was done by a person who only books for 1 1/2 hrs. during the week. At no time prior to or during the sign in process was this mentioned. I arrived 10 minutes late for the appointment. While driving there, some one phoned me about being late and left a voice message which I did not listen to till I got home. When I was settling the bill and was told about the length of the massage and the amount to be paid- I was amazed and protested that 1 1/2 hours was never mentioned. I have called the place and spoke with the manager, Octavia. She explained her policy of no refund. This was a gift certificate from family. I told Octavia that this is a sleazy was to do business and that I would not refer anyone to her place of business.

Horrible customer service
Had a membership here and let it lapse because my favorite therapist left. I had seen two others that rubbed to hard for my liking. I got blamed that I wasn't allowing myself to relax. I asked to try a different therapist after trying both of them. I had mentioned in passing why I was switching in a polite way that these therapist rubbed to hard for my liking. The last time I went the new therapist actually mentioned the other two therapist and said things the other two had said to me. Things I had not told to either therapist or the receptionist. Confidentiality issues in my book. Not going back and would not recommend Silverdale one to another person.
