Maple Hollow Park, Washington, United States
5.0 (1 review) Spent 1-2 hours Ranking #3 in Lakebay Points of Interest & Landmarks • Lookouts • Scenic Walking Areas
Beautiful private park with rocky beach access and trails to explore
The park has a small parking area with picnic site, primitive restrooms, no water. The trails can be steep but there is an ADA accessible route to the upper lookout area that has a view of lower Puget Sound and Mt Rainier area. There is a trail to the beach that is about 1/2 mile hike from the parking area. Near the beach the trail has a set of stairs and there are stone steps down to the beach. There are 3 campsites near the beach access which are intended for the water trail users. There is no running water at the park. This park isn't heavily used and can provide solitude. The beach area is nice and there is a large variety of wildlife. Seals frequent the water along the beach.
