Great camping spot

The camping at Liberty Lake is great. The host sold fire wood for $5 a bundle. The host was also very friendly. The bathroom was clean and the shower had lots of hot water. If you go to the beach, you would want to drive, it is a bit far to walk.

    Low key hiking trail
Great trails well marked. You can choose a short walk along the marsh and beaver pond or extend the challenge and take the scenic 8 mile loop with great views of the lake.

    Nice little county park campground.
We reserved and stayed at RV site #13 for 12 days, while my wife had a travel nursing contract in Spokane. My daughter enjoyed the other kids at the campground and for the most part we had good neighbors. There is a decent beach area available but it is very crowded during the afternoon. If you want to visit the beach, I suggest going in the evening. There are bathrooms with showers near the campground but the hand soap at the sink was empty the whole time we were there so we went back to the camper to was our hands if we used the facilities. Great access to hiking/biking trails from the campground and, if you go far enough, you can see a waterfall. Ice and fire wood is available from the camp hosts for about $5 each. All in all, I would be willing to stay here again, as long as I remember to bring hand soap.
