Local History about Native American's, European seattlers and modern time
Small but very rich museum. Admission by donation. (Please do donate!) Displays varied around the rooms (main floor and downstairs and reflect the history of the native Indian tribes and later settlers in the areas with many old pictures and documents on display. Nice material on fire and its impact on forested areas like Chelan. There are many items which will bring back memories for some and giggles or amazement from younger visitors (e.g. rollers on washing machines, old calculators and early typewriters and phones). Staff knowledgable and very willing to share stories and answer questions.
