Visible for miles, a Port Townsend landmark.
An amazing red brick building, constructed during the Victorian building boom in Port Townsend, the courthouse is visible from the bay, and nearly anywhere in the area with a clear view of Port Townsend's "uptown" area. A highlight for me is the inclusion of three "Green Men" on the façade - two flank the main doors on another graces a lintel over an upper story window. I don't know the story behind these Celtic icons, but I'm still looking into it.

    Very Cool Building
Fun to visit here and see some history. This building can be seen from different parts of town. Love the metal stairs. OH and if you have some business here people are helpful and friendly.
