Love this Place!
So much love for this place!! What started out as something fun to try has become a habit and a family! The workouts are amazing and really work out your mind, body, and soul! I have muscles in places I never thought I’d have them! The instructors are the best! The people you workout with are like family! I’ve lost over forty pounds with the help of ILKB and I am continuing to work on me and work towards my goals! Check this place out! You won’t be disappointed!

GREAT WORKOUT
Great place to work out, feels like a family. I started almost 2 years ago and lost 55 pounds, went from a 48 waist to a 36. high energy and easily modified.
