Great lunch walk with an incline
The walk to the monument was very beautiful and full of sites. Our picnic spot was a large rock at the USGS marker and very nice. The incline to the marker was easy but we did not venture to C.

Spectacular Iceberg Point
On two different days in different weather we hiked the trails of Iceberg Point, We also found 3 geocaches. Please be sure to spend at least some hours there for the spectacular views, history, the wildflowers in season, perhaps the opportunity to see the rare Brittle Prickly Pear cacti, discover the micro-climates, the geology, and more. Some of the trails are more narrow than others. All are good. Parking is a short distance away from the trailhead to Iceberg Point. Even that walk is beautiful.

A beautiful hike.
You have a good deal of control over how far you want to walk, but the loop is a great 1- to 2-hour walk if choose to go up to the see the monuments, stop to watch the seals and sit and enjoy the scenery. You walk (quietly, please) through a private residential area, then through a wooded bit, and then out along the grassy cliffs overlooking the bay.
