A Great Place to drive for Sundown

You go past the paper mill and to the gate of the coast guard station and pull off on the right or left of the road. On one side you see the sun go down and on the other you see the town of Port Angeles. A beautiful way to end the day.

Interesting drive out past the paper plant
Great views of the Strait of Juan de Fuca. Good views of the town, especially at night. Lots of cars out there in the evening, perhaps a lovers lane.

Beautiful sunset, interesting during the day
We picked up sandwiches and ate watching the sunset. The colors were absolutely gorgeous. There is a feral cat community, so pick up a little extra for the felines. Watch the ships in the area and take notice of the logs/lumber. Follow the road through the factory loading zone, towards the Coast Guard station, you are on the correct route, it is a bit confusing.
