Enjoyable tasting!
We enjoyed this wine tasting and we’re celebrating our anniversary. We had preordered the truffle popcorn which was very good and they gave it to us complimentary for our celebration. We liked the wines very much and ended up joining the wine club. The 2019 Métier was a favorite with the cherry notes. We ended up with a lot of that one! We are a fan of blended reds, so this winery delivers abundantly. Grace helped us with our tasting and was very knowledgeable and fun. We will enjoy coming back!

ALL ABOUT WINE
Delille’s tasting room was all about wine and the appreciation of the soul of production. Hard work, vision, and an intellectual comprehension of horticulture create what we lay people drink for enjoyment and a buzz. DeLille understood my palate, and they went out of their way to find wines with the heavy body and taste of terroir I enjoy. We laughed with the manager of the tasting room who could relate when my wife described my palate as “sweat socks.” Wines were brought to me with old world flavors of funk, dust, and barnyard. I loved them. My favorite was the 2017 Chaleur Red Mountain AVA. It has the elegance of a beautiful Margaux from Chateau Palmer. Of course their incomparable Chaleur Blanc is always special. We had a great time at DeLille. The staff was charming, down to earth, and loved wine. We will be back tomorrow. Sante!
