Best budget movie house in town
The Crest features $4 movies all day everyday. They also serve the best popcorn in town. You can get real butter on your popcorn. Beer and wine is available. There are four theatres at the Crest: One large, one medium and two small auditoriums. All theatres are fitted with soft leather seats. Workers at the Crest are a cut above your regular movie theatre. Before each movie, a crew member will stand at the front of the theatre and introduce the film along with a polite cell phone reminder. Thus, all crew members are proficient public speakers. They have two small parking lots with plenty of street parking in multiple directions. The Crest is a Landmark Theatre so all movies are usually critically acclaimed with an art house lean. They also feature one time only opera showings on screen for $15.

Crest Cinema is a total gem
Crest Cinema is a gem. Theater 4 is a great size and newer seats within the last 5 years. Theater 1 is a little more “old school.” Overall great place, great staff, and great times.

Great neighborhood theater.
This is a iconic part of North City in Shoreline. Prices are the best as well as the freshly popped popcorn. No reheated popped popcorn in this place. The staff are quirky sometime which makes this a gem. It's not fancy by any means but sits in a neighborhood. 7-11 is across the street. The food truck is out front of the Ridgecrest Pub on Tuesday so you can make a night of it.
