Spendy but worthy
This must-see museum exhibits creative and colorful blown glass sculptures of renowned artist Dale Chihuly. Eight indoor galleries and lush landscaped gardens feature a mix of new and past significant works. They are awe-inspiring whether you visit during the day, or in the evening when the sculptures are lit up. The highlight here is a 100-foot-long glass sculpture suspended in a glass conservatory—one of his largest ever. Located at the base of the iconic Space Needle, you might want to buy a combined ticket for cost savings or get a Seattle City Pass. – Tripadvisor

Spendy but worthy
At $35+ per person, plus pricey nearby parking, a visit to Chihuly Garden and Glass needs to be taken in-step with the cost, but in total the gallery checks all the boxes for fans. Born and raised in Washington this location is probably Chihuly's most comprehensive collection as well as the best "story telling" thanks to guides plus live demonstrations. Expect to spend 45-90 minutes depending on level of interest, but do not miss the greenhouse or "Chihuly Over Venice" areas.

Wondrous glass artwork
This wondrous, magical glass artwork museum is absolutely a must-see while in Seattle. It's colorful and vibrant, which are great in off-setting the occasional gloom of winter. I took my time in wandering through the captivating landscapes that the artist recreated with glasswork, and simply took everything in. The gardens are also very pretty and worth the attention. The artwork lights up at night, making for a truly beautiful experience. This museum is located in the shadows of the Space Needle, but don't let the more noticeable tourist attraction dissuade you from coming here. The entrance fee is on the steeper side, so take your time going through the museum to get the full experience.
