Very Disorganized
A group of us participated in the wine, women, polo weekend. 30 mins before check in we received a group text that the weekend "may" have to be cancelled. Most everyone was already in route coming from out of town. To make a long story short we were put up in a horrific motel grouped together with people we didn't know. The gourmet food and wine was laughable. We spent most the time in the barn waiting for the other group of people to vacate the house that we had rented for the weekend. Finally on day 2 around 8pm we got the go ahead to use the house and finally have a prego spaghetti dinner provided by the host. Overall the experience was not what any of us had expected and I wouldn't return. The highlight was the polo lessons that were given by the husband and he did a great job. If your looking for a higher quality relaxing weekend with really gourmet food and wine this would NOT be the place to go.

My daughter loves this place!
We absolutely love Chastain Mist. My daughter takes polo lessons year round there and attends camp each year. She was recently invited to play on their polo team and got to play on Palm Springs at the polo club. That was the highlight of her winter. As far as the normal things parents worry about, everything is handled with a high level of professionalism, so no worries there. Misti has been in business for 25? years and has a solid program. Scheduling is easy, invoicing is easy...The camp experience itself is taken to such a high level, the girls are so lucky to have access to exceptional trainers, well trained horses, and a very compassionate owner. It's clear Misti has found her life's path in mentoring young girls and helping them find their voice and confidence. We feel beyond fortunate to have found this camp 5 years ago. The counselors are like family and the camp is like home. And now my daughter is getting to experience polo which is setting her up for possible college scholarships as well as international travel. Her dreams are coming true because of her hard work and Chastain Mist.
