Kids happy & exhausted. Parents a little anxious.
We met many of my friends and their kids here. The kids had sooooo much fun. Generally it was a great place to gather, visit, keep the kids occupied, and have fun. There were just a couple of parental concerns... 1. The website lists prices for different age groups / play areas. The lady kept charging everyone $11.95, even the kids who were under 4yrs who should have only paid $6.95 for the little play area. I can understand why, though. There is no one monitoring who plays in each area, so there should just be one admission option, as the kids run in & out of all 3 play areas. 2. There are 3ft walls surrounding two of the play areas and one to regulate paid entrance & exiting. The weird thing is that none of these doors have locks. One was even duct-taped to keep it from locking. Kids got through freely. No one was around to monitor any of the doors. Not even the exit. 3. Responsible parents watch their kids, but to be honest, I am happy I had 6 friends with me. We all helped keep track of each others' kids. It gets so busy & a little nuts with so many families and parties of children playing. It is easy to loose sight of 1 child. There are 3 play areas to keep an eye on. I suggest having 3 adults in your party to help keep track of the crazy! 4. In the 0-4 play area, there is an inflated bouncy toy that has slides and you can not see your child once they enter. All of our kids kept getting stuck because they were unable to climb back out on their own. There are 2 huge, inflated slides & no one to regulate the older kids trampling the younger ones and knocking them down the ladders & out of the way. Kids barely listen to their own parents. They do not listen to someone else's parent. 4. There is a crazy-fun play area with many slides & tunnels. It is a blast for the kids, but it is extremely dark inside and there is no outside visibility to most of the "toy." My sister and I both felt anxious the whole time that our little boys were in there. There are multiple exits & entrances. Again, go with a large group. Have other kids to help find wanderers. You could enter this big maze and not find your kid, because there are so many places to play in there and kids are always moving. I do not want this review to be a downer. We had a great day! We had a nice lunch and blended coffee drinks. Most of you probably would expect what I have written, but parents with very little kids may be experiencing this environment for the first time. I hope this helps newer parents be prepared : )

    Stopped by for Tour
My child is only 14 months old. I was looking for a nice, indoor activity for her to stay busy. The facility seems clean and the staff was very friendly. My child is just a little too young to participate in what this place has to offer for now. We definitely plan on returning.
